What this is

Rohini's layout plans have always existed as paper scans — beautiful, accurate, and painful to use. You zoom into a JPEG, squint at plot numbers, lose your place, and can never share what you found. This app takes all 362 original scans (Sectors 1–38, pockets A–I) and puts them in a fast viewer: deep zoom, search across sectors and pockets, night mode, a minimap, and deep links to every sheet. Nothing is redrawn or altered — you always see the original plan, just easier to work with.

Why we built it

The typical dealer workflow lived across WhatsApp forwards, saved photos and memory: which plot was corner-facing, what price did the client quote last month, which sheet had that 60-gazta corner plot? We built this to collapse that into one place — mark the plots you are selling or buying, attach plot number, price, facing and photos, and send a clean PDF report to a customer in one tap instead of a screenshot and five voice notes.

Who is behind it
