We collect the minimum data needed to run the app. This page explains what we store, why, and the controls you have.
1. What we store
- Account: e-mail address, name (optional), avatar (if you sign in with Google), verification status, the date you accepted these policies, and your role.
- Membership: plan tier, how it was obtained, expiry, and any custom enterprise plan label granted to you.
- Security: a hashed password (we can never read it), one-time sign-in codes (hashed, short-lived), and the list of devices/browsers you sign in from (browser family, operating system, last-active time — no precise location).
- Support: bug reports, feature requests, replies, and — only if you attach one — the screenshot you send as proof for the free-month offer.
- Referrals: your personal referral code and, if you sign up through someone's code, the fact that they referred you.
- Notifications: broadcasts from the owner and private replies to your support tickets.
2. What stays on your device
Your pins (locations, notes, prices, photos, deal timers), traced plot shapes and PDF brand profile are stored in your browser's local storage — they are not uploaded to our servers. Sharing a pin to a listing set sends only that pin's details to the people you choose. Clearing your browser data or using Backup & restore is your control over this data.
3. What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad-tech trackers, no selling of user data.
- No reading of your pins or photos without your action (they live on your device).
- No location tracking beyond the coarse browser/OS name shown in your own device list.
4. Processors
The app runs on standard infrastructure (hosting, database, and — when configured — an e-mail provider for sign-in codes). These providers process data only to deliver the service. The AI assistant and voice-to-text features send your message or recording to an AI service to generate the reply/transcript; prompts are not used to advertise to you.
5. Your controls
- Devices: Settings → Your devices shows every signed-in device; "Sign out others" revokes those sessions instantly.
- Export: Dashboard → Tools exports your whole pin book as JSON.
- Deletion: sign-out everywhere from Settings; for full account deletion write to the owner via Support — we remove account, membership and support records within 30 days.
