1. Source and status of the maps
The layout-plan scans shown in this app (DDA Rohini, Sectors 1–38, 362 sheets) are presented as an interactive viewing aid for general information. This app is an independent product and is notaffiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) or any government body.
2. Informational only — not a legal document
The scans are reproductions of printed layout plans and may be outdated, superseded by later revisions, or amended by DDA notifications. Plot numbers, boundaries, road widths, park areas, sizes and dimensions on screen are not to scale and may not match current ground reality. Nothing in this app constitutes a title document, site plan approval, or a survey.
3. Verify before you act
Before buying, selling, constructing, or entering any agreement: verify plot details with the DDA and the competent authority, obtain a current site plan and title documents, and engage a licensed surveyor. Prices, availability and deal notes in pins are entered by users and are their sole responsibility — they are not verified by us and may be wrong or stale.
4. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute (financial, legal, or otherwise) arising from reliance on the maps, scans, pins, reports or any other content in this app. Use of the app is at your own risk.
