Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026 · Beta

We want you to be happy with PlotBook. This policy explains when and how payments for Pro and Max memberships can be refunded. It applies to all paid plans once the billing portal is live; during the open beta nothing is charged, so nothing is refunded.

1. 7-day first-subscription guarantee

If a paid membership does not work for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no long forms, no interrogation. One full refund per account; it applies to the first subscription so the guarantee cannot be reused month after month.

2. Multi-month plans (3 / 6 / 12 months)

After the 7-day window, multi-month plans can be cancelled anytime. We refund the unused full monthsat the rate you actually paid (your discounted per-month rate), minus the months used. Partial months already started are not refunded. Example: a 3-month plan cancelled halfway through month two refunds one full month.

3. Monthly plans

Monthly plans can be stopped anytime from Billing & plan. Access continues until the end of the paid month; the ending month is not refunded, and nothing renews after it unless you subscribe again.

4. Double charges & errors

Accidental double charges, a plan granted but not activated, or a charge for a plan you did not select are refunded in full, anytime — just contact us with the payment reference.

5. How to request a refund

Write to aryanbanc@gmail.com (or use the in-app Support & feedback panel) from your account's e-mail address with the words “Refund request” and your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Refunds credited as bonus membership time are granted only at the operator's discretion and are announced before use.

6. What is not refundable

Accounts terminated for abuse (bulk scraping of the scans, fraud, chargeback misuse) lose their remaining membership without refund. Free months earned through referrals or campaigns have no cash value and cannot be converted into refunds. Maps are provided for general information only — dissatisfaction with a real-world property transaction is not grounds for a refund (see the Disclaimer).
