Welcome! By creating an account or using PlotBook ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is operated as a beta product; we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
1. Accounts
You must provide a valid e-mail address and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Plan limits (for example the number of devices per plan) apply per account; sharing one account across a team to dodge device limits is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape the scans in bulk, or violate these terms.
2. Plans, beta and billing
During the open beta every Pro and Max feature is free. The discounted beta prices shown on the pricing page (Pro ₹499/month, Max ₹999/month, both struck from their regular rates) start when the billing portal launches. Longer commitments cost less: 3-month plans get 5% off, 6-month plans 10% off and 1-year plans 20% off — calculated on the current monthly price, so any running promo discount applies on top. Six-month and yearly packs are announced but activate with the billing portal. All paid plans can be stopped anytime and stop at the end of the paid period; refunds follow the Refund Policy. Free-month rewards from referrals or social-share campaigns are granted at the operator's discretion and may be withdrawn in case of fraud (fake referrals, self-referrals, screenshots that misrepresent the campaign).
3. Your content
Pins, photos, notes, traced shapes and sharing sets you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, back up and display them to people you explicitly share them with. Do not upload content you have no right to share (for example other people's copyrighted plan images or personal data of third parties without consent).
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no bulk downloading or re-hosting of the scans, no automated scraping, no reselling access, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no unlawful or misleading listings (fake prices, fake availability) in pins or shared sets.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The maps are scans of DDA layout plans presented for general information; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for any transaction. See the Disclaimer page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any property, financial or legal losses arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app (notifications). Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
